Large follower counts do not always equate to sales, tickets purchased or even shares & comments.
Whatever your follower count is, you should be focused on engagement & conversion.
How many of your followers engage with your content? How many of them will follow every instruction you give them? How many will buy something when you say so?
That’s the influence you want to have over your fanbase/followers if you plan on living off your music.
Idc how small your follower count is, if they provide 100% conversion when you release content/a product, you will be able to generate revenue.
As you grow that fanbase, you’ll grow your revenue & eventually profit.
I’m telling you, if you had 2,000 followers, that’s it, just 2,000 followers & 100% of them bought 1 album ($10), one t-shirt ($20), one ticket to your show/concert ($20) and they told ONE additional friend to do the same... you’d double your following & make approx. $200,000
Would $200,000 make a difference in your bank account⁉️
If so, then do everything to FIND those followers & focus on them. Start engaging & get your conversion numbers as close to 100% as you possibly can.
